I. When laser cutting rubber sheets, the sulfides, plasticizers and other components in the rubber volatilize due to heat, forming black smoke mixed with a pungent rubber smell, which fills the entire space and adheres to the equipment and workpieces, making it difficult to clean. The cutting of PET material is no different. Gases such as acetaldehyde and benzoic acid produced by melting and evaporation are mixed in the smoke, making the air murky and full of danger. Ii. (1) Precise Adsorption, Locking in the Source of Odors The specially designed gas filter layer built into the laser smoke purifier can be called the "odor Nemesis".
