Epigen, human （EPGN） is a member of the epidermal growth factor family. EPGN is ligands for the epidermal growth factor receptor and play a role in cell survival, proliferation and migration. Recombinant EPGN is expressed by Escherichia coli, composed of 72 （Ala24-Ala95） amino acids.
