产品活性：Atenolol ((RS)-Atenolol) 是一种心脏选择性的 β1 肾上腺素受体 (β1-adrenergic receptor) 阻断剂。Atenolol 在豚鼠左心室膜 β1 肾上腺素受体处的 Ki 为 697 nM。阿替洛尔可用于高血压和心绞痛的研究。

体外：Atenolol (1-100 μM, 5 h) 与硝苯地平 (HY-B0284) 联用加强对大鼠主动脉平滑肌细胞细胞迁移的抑制作用[3]。 Atenolol (50-150 μM, 24 h) 以剂量依赖的方式降低Hem-ECs的细胞存活率[4]。 MCE尚未独立证实这些方法的准确性。仅供参考。

体内：Atenolol (5-20 mg/kg, 灌胃, 1 次) 与氨氯地平 (HY-B0317) 联用可降低和稳定 2K1C 肾血管性高血压大鼠的血压[5]。 Atenolol (6 mg/kg, 口服, 1 次) 与硝苯地平 (HY-B0284) 联用可预防 ZD6126 诱导的心肌坏死，增加血浆中肌钙蛋白 T 水平[6]。 Atenolol (40 mg/kg, 口服, 每天一次, 6 周) 增加了小鼠质膜 β1- 和 β2- 肾上腺受体密度[7]。 MCE has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods.
