| 簡介 | 血管疾病發(fā)生和發(fā)展的一個主要因素是由于血管平滑肌細胞（ smooth muscle cells, SMCs ）轉變成為了具有繁殖能 力的表型。近期的研究表明平滑肌細胞能表達鈣離子通道 ，ICAM-1和VCAM-1。其中ICAM-1和VCAM-1的表達可 能是造成血管壁炎癥反應 ，并進一步造成血管疾病的原因 。因此 ，對血管平滑肌細胞的體外培養(yǎng)和研究可用來發(fā)現(xiàn)和 確定新的血管疾病的靶向治療方法。 |
