Summary
Dengue virus is a flavivirus, mainly in tropical and subtropical areas. More than half of the world's population live in areas where dengue is at risk of transmission. It is the most serious AI disease causing human disease and death. Dengue virus has 4 different but antigen related serotypes, transmitted by the female mosquitoes (Aedes aegypti, Aedes albopictus, and pipiens Polynesia).
Detection principle
Dengue specific IgM or IgG antibodies in patients' samples were combined with two fixed lines of anti human IgM or IgG antibody across the test strip.  The colloidal gold complex containing recombinant dengue type 1-4 antigen was captured by IgM or IgG and showed a visible pink line. Program control is used to indicate whether the test is executed correctly.
Reagents storage and period of validity
1. kits were stored at 2-30 C. The reagent can keep stable during the validity period of the kit. Package labels are visible during the period of validity.
2. non freezer kit.
3., the kit can be used before the label is valid.
4. the expired reagents should not be used.
Kit composition
1- each kit contains the following components, enough to complete the test number shown in the package label.
2-25 bags. Each bag contains a test card and a 10 L MicroSafe accelerator pipette.
3-1 instructions for use.
4-1 bottles of 3mL buffer (containing 0.1% Proclin)
