Cytokeratin 8(细胞角蛋白8)

CK8是胚胎形成早期产生的中间丝蛋白。它是*在呼吸道、胃肠道、生殖系统和甲状腺大量单层上皮表达的II型CK。 CK8一般与CK18一起表达。CK8抗体常用于研究单层上皮来源的腺癌。CK8在小叶癌和导管癌中染色模式不一样，小叶癌中呈核旁染色，而导管癌中呈细胞质周缘染色。

CK8 is an intermediate silk protein produced early in embryogenesis. It is the only type II CK that is expressed in the respiratory, gastrointestinal, reproductive and thyroid large monolayers. CK8 is usually expressed with CK18. CK8 antibody commonly used in the study of monolayer epithelial adenocarcinoma. CK8 staining in lobular carcinoma and ductal carcinoma is not the same pattern, lobular carcinoma was paracancerous staining, and ductal carcinoma was cytoplasmic staining.
