HZ-20型混凝土鉆孔取芯機(jī)使用方法：鉆機(jī)為兩立柱立式結(jié)構(gòu)鉆孔方向垂直向下，由汽油發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)、變速箱、主軸、鉆頭、立柱、底座升降結(jié)構(gòu)、冷卻給水泵、行走機(jī)構(gòu)等主成。
鉆機(jī)由合金鋼材料制造螺旋齒輪，齒面高頻淬火，能經(jīng)久耐用，通過(guò)一對(duì)三角帶輪，帶動(dòng)人造金剛石鉆頭旋轉(zhuǎn)工作，升降結(jié)構(gòu)采用*滾珠絲杠輕松方便，立柱采用厚壁無(wú)縫鋼管，經(jīng)精密磨削后鍍硬鉻表面處理，使鉆頭作逆時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn)并作上下移動(dòng)達(dá)到鉆孔或取芯之目的。
