IEPE是指一種自帶電量放大器或電壓放大器的加速度傳感器。IEPE是壓電集成電路的縮寫。因為由加速度傳感器產(chǎn)生的電量是很小的，因此傳感器產(chǎn)生的電信號很容易受到噪聲干擾，需要用靈敏的電子器件對其進行放大和信號調(diào)理。IEPE中集成了靈敏的電子器件使其盡量靠近傳感器以保證更好的抗噪聲性并更容易封裝。
美國Dytran的3062A是一款I(lǐng)EPE加速度傳感器/振動傳感器，專門為商用飛機振動監(jiān)測和軍事制造，集成一體的高耐久性石英剪切技術(shù)。10 mV/gd的靈敏度，同時具有微型通孔的設(shè)計。
Expressly designed for commercial and military aircraft vibration monitoring, the Dytran 3168F is a ring style IEPE piezoelectric accelerometer incorporating the use of high stability quartz shear technology.
The model 3168F is offered with a 10 mV/g sensitivity and features a miniature thru hole design, allowing the sensor to be turned 360° prior to securing for ease of sensor installation. Units are hermetically sealed for reliable operation in high humidity and dirty environments, as well as case isolated to avoid EMI/ground loop interference. Case ground isolation is achieved by internally isolating the accelerometer element, complete with Faraday shield, from the outer housing.
The Dytran model 3168F features an integral 4-foot molded Viton™ cable, terminating in twisted shielded pair flying leads. Custom lengths and connectors are also available; consult the factory for details.
