德国E+H固定式超声波流量计|E+H便携式超声波流量计
目前用的zui多的超声波流量计主要有以下几种:
E+H多谱勒式超声波流量计
只能用于测量含有适量能反射超声波信号的颗?;蚱莸牧魈澹绻こ欧乓?、未处理的污水、杂质含量稳定的工厂过程液等。要注意它对被测介质要求比较苛刻,不能是洁净水,杂质含量要相对稳定,才可以正常测量。选择此类超声波流量计即要对被测介质心中有数,也要对所选用的超声波流量计的性能、精度和对被测介质的要求有深入的了解。
E+H便携式超声波流量计
用于临时性测量,主要用于校对管道上已安装的其它流量仪表,进行一个区域内的流体平衡测试,检查管道的当时流量情况等。其优点是方便、经济。
E+H时差式超声波流量计
目前生产zui多、应用范围zui广泛的超声波流量计。它主要用来测量洁净的流体流量,在自来水公司和工业用水领域,得到广泛应用。此外它也可以测量杂质含量不高(含量小于10g/L,粒径小于1mm)的均匀流体,如污水的测量,而且精度可达±1.5%。实际应用表明,选用时差式超声波流量计,对流体的测量都能达到满意的效果。德国E+H固定式超声波流量计|E+H便携式超声波流量计
E+H管段式超声波流量计
精度zui高,可达到±0.5%,而且不受管道材质、衬里的限制,适用于流量测量精度要求高的场合。但随着管径的增大,成本也会增加,通常情况下,选用中小口径的管段式超声波流量计较为经济。
E+H固定式超声波流量计
如果有足够的安装空间,使用插入式换能器代替外贴式换能器,*消除了管衬、结垢及管壁对超声波信号衰减的影响,测量稳定性更高,也大大减小了维护工作量。而且,由于插入式换能器也可以不断流安装,所以其应用正在不断推广。
