结晶罐Crystallization Tank
l 结晶罐采用进口304或316L不锈钢制作，内壁采用机械抛光或电解镜面抛光，外壁采用304全焊接结构保温，外表面采用镜面或亚光处理。
l 结晶罐上安装0.22um呼吸器。
l 结晶罐能承受121℃高温灭菌消毒，配备卫生级压力表。
l 罐体对外连接口采用卫生快开接头。
l 结晶罐带有温度监控装置，2个视镜，清洗球及氮气进口、温度计口等接口。
l 轴的密封采用特殊的卫生级机械密封设计，确保物料不受污染。
l 结晶罐可采用变频调整装置，搅拌轴转速调节范围大。
l The crystallization tank is made of imported 304 or 316L stainless steel, the inner wall is mechanically polished or electrolytic mirror polished, the outer wall is insulated with a 304 fully welded structure, and the outer surface is treated with mirror or matt finish.

l The shaft seal adopts a special sanitary mechanical seal design to ensure that materials are not contaminated.
l The crystallization tank can adopt a frequency conversion adjustment device, with a wide adjustment range of mixing shaft rotation speed.
