产品具体信息：CRM-SPX1 is a certified calibration solution for the determination of spirolides by chemical analysis methods. Each ampoule contains ~0.5 mL of a solution of 13-desmethyl spirolide C in methanol at a concentration of 10.2 µM. Spirolides are members of the spiroimine group of toxins, which includes gymnodimine, pinnatoxins and pteriatoxins. Spiroimine toxins cause a characteristic rapid death in the mouse bioassay and have been called "fast-acting toxins".
