将试样两引脚分别连接在测试设备的夹具上 通上10毫安左右的检测电流（zui大不超过100毫安），将硅油池温度先稳定在TF-10度（硅油池带搅拌，保证温度均匀，升温速率可调）然后将实验放到硅油池内，采用受控温度即0.5℃±0.2℃/MIN这样的升温速率，每个试样都有温度传感器检测温度，有槽内有单独测试通道，根熔断器个测试通道，设计共10个通道，每个通道单独监控个熔断器。熔断器在某个温度点熔断后，设备及时提醒并锁定熔断温度。
