描述

M8290A 是一款靈活的解決方案平臺，可用于 400G 相干元器件和發(fā)射機測試。解決方案包括一臺 92 GSa/s 模塊化光調(diào)制分析儀和一臺 92 GSa/s 4 通道電數(shù)字化儀。除了這些模塊之外，其他高達 92 GSa/s 的任意波型發(fā)生器模塊（例如 M8196A）也可以添加到同一 AXIe 機箱中。這一配置可以打造出緊湊而靈活的相干測試解決方案，與其他的解決方案軟件共同使用時，能夠進行綜合相干接收機（ICR）和模擬相干光（ACO）模塊表征。
