CVD石墨烯合成系统
巨纳集团CVD石墨烯合成系统采用良好制造工艺，造型新颖结构合理，安全可靠，可以生长大面积高质量的单层石墨烯薄膜。该系统采用了?？榛杓品桨?，可以按客户需求灵活的为每一个?？檠≡窈鲜实呐渲?。其集成化控制系统拥有非常友好的人机界面，所有功能实现一体机（触摸液晶屏）显示操作，更方便、快捷；其加热系统能进行多段式温度精准控制，并能实现双向高精度导轨式移动，达到快速降温以及分区域加热；其真空系统可通过微流阀精确控制抽气速率，实现腔体中真空度的精准控制；其流量控制系统采用进口316L不锈钢膜片阀和防爆型压力变送器，利用数字质量流量计实现多路供气；本系统还提供整套气体解决方案，并配备了危险气体泄漏报警系统。
System Description:
Our Sunano system adopts the international advanced manufacturing technology, with novel, reliable and modularized design scheme. With a modularized design scheme, the customers could select the appropriate configuration for each module according to their unique demand. The integrated control system has a very friendly interface, with all functions been operated in a LCD touch panel. The heating unit can make multi-section programmable temperature control, and can realize bidirectional precise track guided movement. Through a micro-flow valve, the vacuum pumping rate could be accuray controlled, which makes the chamber pressure within precision control from 0.1-300Pa. The gas flow control unit adopts 316L stainless steel diaphragm valve and explosion-proof pressure transmitter, and can realize multiple-gas feed using digital flow meters. The system also provides solution for the whole set of gas supply, and leakage alarm for combustible gas.
