SpCrossreactivity
BMP-7 recombinant protein was detected in buffered solutions with proteins such as culture medium. There was no detectable protein in a limited testing of 20 human sera. Human BMP-7 ELISA kit cross-reactivity was tested with the following recombinant human proteins at 50ng/ml: BMP-2, BMP-3, BMP-4 BMP-5, BMP-6, BMP-8, TGF-ß1, TGF-ß2, TGF-ß3. All exhibited no cross-reactivity or interference.
