I. 技術(shù)描述 Technical Description
A. 主機(jī) Machine：
MICRO-HITE 3D測(cè)量機(jī)系統(tǒng)是同類產(chǎn)品性能價(jià)格比非常好的一款測(cè)量?jī)x器。它*了傳統(tǒng)精密測(cè)量?jī)x器和測(cè)量機(jī)之間的空白。尤其可以滿足工業(yè)生產(chǎn)對(duì)高性能測(cè)量產(chǎn)品的要求。
該測(cè)量機(jī)的精度可以達(dá)到微米，令人感到驚奇的是操作非常簡(jiǎn)單，即使操作者并不熟悉測(cè)量操作。該測(cè)量機(jī)所使用的測(cè)量軟件REFLEX軟件具有用戶友好的界面操作方式，操作者在使用它幾個(gè)小時(shí)后就可以測(cè)量復(fù)雜的工件。
The MICRO-HITE 3D coordinate measuring system is the only one of its class that offers high price/performance ratio; it’s the missing link between the conventional precision measuring tool and the coordinate machine. And this product in a cell specially lay out to meet the high requirements of its manufacturer.
MICRO-HITE 3D measures parts to the micron. Surprisingly easy to operate, there’s no need of for the operator to be an expert. Owing to the interactive TESA REFLEX application software, he will be able to take complex part measurements after just a few hours of use.

· ZMouse CONTROL控制系統(tǒng)
的Zmous取點(diǎn)裝置可以減少操作者在MH3D與計(jì)算機(jī)之間走動(dòng)，具有加快手動(dòng)測(cè)量，程序編輯及程序運(yùn)行速度的作用。
The patented ZMouse pointing device eliminates operator movement between MH3D and the computer. This unique capability speeds manual measurement, program editing, and execution of pre-written programs.
B. 軟件系統(tǒng) Computer System
· REFLEX測(cè)量軟件 Measuring & Inspection Software
REFLEX 是一款全三維的手動(dòng)坐標(biāo)測(cè)量軟件包。它同樣可替代其它的廠房中的工具如高度規(guī),千分表和卡尺。本軟件的主要優(yōu)點(diǎn)是它非常易于使用。菜單和使用者所需輸入的信息被減到zui少。MH3D有可識(shí)別被測(cè)元素的“元素識(shí)別”功能。這軟件的策略“盡管測(cè)量”,在測(cè)量點(diǎn)后軟件自動(dòng)構(gòu)造并返回被測(cè)元素。

REFLEX is a full 3-D manual coordinate measuring software package. It is also a variety of other tools common on the shop floor such as height gauges, dial indicators and calipers. The key strength of the software is its amazing ease of use. Menus and input from the operator have been reduced to an absolute minimum.
MH3D incorporates a "Feature Recognition" capability which “knows” what type of feature the operator is inspecting. The strategy of this software is "Just Measure", after the points are collected the software returns a construction of the inspected feature automatically.
Measurement results can be printed on an optional printer in text or graphic form. An internal statistics package is included as well as the option to send measurement results to an external data collection device in a variety of formats. The actual ball center data can also be sent to an external computer in an ASCII file via a serial port for further analysis.
· PCMCIA 記憶卡

Part program storage is included in the form of a 2MB PCMCIA card. The actual number of programs that can be stored on the card varies depending on the complexity of the program. Typically the card should hold over many simple programs.

D. 用戶現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的測(cè)量機(jī)安裝 Installation at Customer Site
海克斯康負(fù)責(zé)測(cè)量機(jī)的安裝、調(diào)試以及測(cè)量機(jī)安裝現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的zui終驗(yàn)收。所有的包裝箱都需要在海克斯康工程師監(jiān)督和認(rèn)可的情況下才能開啟。zui終的驗(yàn)收將根據(jù)ISO 10360-2測(cè)量機(jī)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)執(zhí)行。
只有當(dāng)滿足了供貨方在《機(jī)房施工指南》中所要求的環(huán)境條件，才能進(jìn)行測(cè)量機(jī)的安裝。
需方必須提供相應(yīng)的機(jī)器吊裝設(shè)施及內(nèi)部運(yùn)送和拆裝所需的人力資源，供方負(fù)責(zé)機(jī)器吊裝設(shè)施及內(nèi)部運(yùn)送和拆裝過(guò)程中的技術(shù)指導(dǎo)。
貨到買方現(xiàn)場(chǎng)后嚴(yán)禁在室外、潮濕環(huán)境下存放，存放時(shí)間不超過(guò)兩個(gè)月。若超出兩個(gè)月，將在第三個(gè)月開始遞減保修期時(shí)間，期間發(fā)生的一切質(zhì)量問(wèn)題將由買方承擔(dān)。
System installation includes installation, start-up and metrology test and will be carried out by the service engineer of Hexagon Metrology Qingdao. All boxes shall be opened only under the supervision of a Hexagon Metrology Qingdao engineer. During the installation, support for connections, internal transportation and unpacking must be provided. The metrology test will be performed according to the ISO 10360-2 regulation.
Concerning environment and facilities for the CMM installation, the buyer must meet the requirement specified in H3D-Installation provided by seller before the installation.
Fork lift truck or suitable lifting equipment must be provided by the buyer as well as the manpower needed for internal transportation and unpacking. Supplier should offer technical guide.
Under no circumstances should the CMM being stored in humidity place and outdoors after the Buyer received the commodity. The storage period should be no more than 2 months. If the storage period exceeds two months, the Guarantee period should detract the extra more storage time. Any quality problem that occurred within this period will be responsible by the Buyer.
E. 在安裝現(xiàn)場(chǎng)培訓(xùn) Training on customer site
Reflex 基本軟件培訓(xùn)在機(jī)器安裝現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行，時(shí)間為2人2天
2 persons will take 2 days Reflex Basic Training on site.
