BD Stemflow™人定向和胰腺內(nèi)胚層分析試劑盒562496包含小鼠單克隆抗體偶聯(lián)物的組合，用于分析定形和胰腺內(nèi)胚層分化培養(yǎng)物。下表列出了該試劑盒中提供的抗體特異性及其可以識(shí)別的細(xì)胞群。該試劑盒的抗體組分可以單獨(dú)使用，也可以與多達(dá) 4 種抗體組合使用。該試劑盒還包括 BD Cytofix™ 固定緩沖液和 BD Phosflow™ Perm 緩沖液 III。
