TThe light-soaking test for thin-film solar modules is also required to stabilize the electrical characteristics of the thin-film modules. IEC61646 specifies that each module must be exposed to light soaking test up to 43kW/hr and the module temperature must be controlled at 50℃±10℃. IEC 60904-9 specifies that the light source classification must be at least CCC class.
